Security envelope
Deliver blocked messages with per-filter verdicts instead of quarantining them.

An optional per-gateway toggle. When enabled, messages that would normally go to
quarantine are delivered anyway, with a security section in
the _portarus envelope. Your app decides what to do.
The two modes
| Mode | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| Disabled (default) | Blocked → quarantine. You review and optionally replay from the dashboard. |
| Enabled | Blocked → delivered with security.result: "blocked" plus per-filter verdicts (pass or abuse). |
Use it when you'd rather your own application make the final call on suspicious messages —
for example, to log them, flag them, or handle them with a softer response instead of
dropping them entirely. See the envelope reference
